一、主題
符合年會主題「永續與韌性:傳播的多元對話」之論文,亦歡迎非本次年會主題之其他傳播相關領域論文投稿。
二、組別
(一)學生組:第一作者於投稿時具有在學學生身份。
(二)社會組:無身分限定。
三、改寫自學位論文的稿件,以學位論文作者為第一作者。
四、投稿格式
(一)全文投稿:
約15,000字,可參加年會優秀論文評選,首獎獎金新台幣5000元。研討會接受論文全文將優先邀稿臺灣傳播學刊。
稿件內應包含論文名稱、中英文摘要、關鍵字(至多6個)與本文。
徵稿期間:即日起至臺灣時間2026年3月1日23點59分59秒前繳交(以年會線上投稿系統時間為準)。
(二)長摘要投稿:
2,000字(不包含參考文獻),內容應包含研究問題、重要文獻、研究方法(包含樣本說明)、初步研究發現(或預期發現)、可能貢獻等。
具發展為完整論文潛力之長摘要優先考慮錄取(例如已收集樣本、進行或完成資料分析、有初步研究發現)。
稿件內應包含論文名稱、中英文300字摘要與關鍵字(至多6個)。
會議接受之長摘要投稿,於2026年5月21日23點59分59秒前繳交全文15,000字以內。
(三)論文及專題發表人之第一作者須為臺灣傳播學會會員。歡迎社會學界與國科會計畫研究成果等踴躍投稿!
(四)論文體例請參照臺灣傳播學刊規定,並請上傳兩份稿件:一份投稿首頁需附上作者資訊;另一份不得出現作者資訊,稿件檔案內也不可出現作者資訊,不可以作者姓名做為檔案名稱。
(五)今年開放「一般論文發表」與「海報論文發表」之發表形式。
(六)投稿如有稿件檔案損毀、無法開啟之情形,作者若期限內無回傳合格檔案,則以退稿處理。
(七)生成式AI工具使用聲明
1. 使用原則
(1)作者可使用AI工具進行語言潤飾、資料初步處理、視覺化生成等輔助性任務,惟應保留研究與寫作的主體性與學術貢獻。
(2)所有AI產出內容皆應由作者負完全責任。AI工具不得列入作者名單。
(3)嚴禁使用AI生成虛構引用、偽造資料或其他違反學術倫理之行為。
2. 揭露規定 作者如使用AI工具,應於文中明確揭露,內容應包含:
(1)工具名稱與版本(例如:ChatGPT-4, Midjourney V5)。
(2)使用目的與範圍(例如:語句潤飾、資料初步分類、圖像生成)。
(3)揭露位置建議:方法章節、致謝段落或附錄。
3. 範本說明
(1)語言潤飾用途: 本文部分語句潤飾曾使用OpenAI ChatGPT-4協助,所有內容均由作者進行審閱與修正。
(2)資料處理輔助用途: 本研究於初步主題歸納階段使用GPT-4進行自動化標記,隨後由研究團隊交叉檢視並完成編碼流程。
Research papers
1. Theme
Essays corresponding to the conference’s theme, “Sustainability and Resilience: Diverse Dialogues in Communication Research” In addition, submissions of papers in communication-related fields but differing from the theme are welcome.
2. Groups
(1) Student group: The first author is a student at the time of submission.
(2) Social group: No limitation on identity.
3. Regarding manuscripts adapted from essays for academic degrees, the degree candidates are considered the first authors.
4. Submission formats
(1) Full essay submission:
6000~8000 words. Eligible for “paper of distinction” selection. The manuscript must contain the essay title, abstracts in Chinese and English, (up to six) keywords, and the essay itself. Submit from effective immediately to March 1, 23:59:59, 2026 Taiwan time. (based on the time of the annual conference online submission system).
(2) Extended abstract submission:
800~1,200 words excluding references. The content must contain the research questions, literature review, research methods, and possible contributions. In uploading the abstract of a manuscript, please click the “essay abstract” option. In addition, the phrase “(abstract submission)” should be attached to the end of the file name and to the start of the essay title. The manuscript must contain the essay title, the abstracts in Chinese and English, and (up to six) keywords. Regarding the submitted abstracts accepted by the conference, the full texts comprising 6000-8000 words must be submitted before 23:59:59 on May 14, 2026.
(3) The first author of paper and the presenter of the panel must be the member of Taiwan Communication Association.
(4) Please refer to the guidelines of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, for the essay style. However, please note that for the conference submission, author information is not required on the first page of the submission and should not appear within the manuscript file. (5) Conference submission types include oral presentations and poster presentations.
(6) In the event that a submitted file is corrupted or unreadable, the submission will be rejected if the author fails to provide a qualified file within the specified deadline.
(7) Declaration on the Use of Generative AI Tools
I. Principles of AI Use
i. Authors may employ AI tools for auxiliary tasks such as language polishing, preliminary data processing, or visual generation; however, the authorship and scholarly contribution must remain the author’s own.
ii. Authors bear full responsibility for all AI-generated content. AI tools must not be listed as co-authors.
iii. The use of AI to fabricate citations, falsify data, or engage in any behavior that violates academic integrity is strictly prohibited.
II. Disclosure Requirements
If AI tools are used, authors must clearly disclose this in their manuscripts, including:
i. The name and version of the tool (e.g., ChatGPT-4, Midjourney V5).
ii. The purpose and scope of use (e.g., language polishing, preliminary data classification, image generation).
iii. The recommended disclosure location: Methodology section, Acknowledgments, or Appendix.
III. Sample Statements
i. Language Polishing:
Some sentences in this paper were refined with the assistance of OpenAI ChatGPT-4; all content was reviewed and revised by the author.
ii. Data Processing Assistance:
During the initial thematic categorization phase, GPT-4 was used for automated tagging, which was subsequently reviewed and finalized by the research team.
iii. Image Generation:
Figures 2 and 3 were created using DALL·E as illustrative visualizations to support theoretical explanation; they do not represent empirical data.
